I Have a Little Teapot, An Airplane Teapot

For those of you who don’t know, I collect teapots, and I sew. Just a couple of things you probably don’t know about me. I only tell you this now, because I got this new little crowning jewel in my collection yesterday. I can’t remember being this excited about a new teapot. I do, of...

Do I really know you at all? How did I not know that you collect teapots? It’s like you have two or three or four personalities or something. Sybil? Is that you? It’s a totally adorable teapot. Have fun fondling it.

I think you were so lucky to get this teapot. I looked on their website and of course could not find one, so you must have been there at the right moment. I collect airplane memorabilia and this fantastic teapot would be a most treasured treasure along with the wonderful small collection of airplane ashtrays I keep hoping to find. Personally I am so jealous of you right now and to brag so ostentaciously about it really gets me going. Wish I had your luck!!

Gordon B. Hinckley

I am sad. I have been sad all day. The president of the LDS church died yesterday. Being a convert to the church, he is the third president since I have been a member, but the first I have really developed a connection with, a true testimony of. He is certainly the first I was...

He was the Grandpa you wish you had. He was the sweetest, dearest man I have ever seen. He was my first prophet (since I converted in 2001) and he will hold a special place in my heart. Thanks for your tribute.

We will all miss him. It’s hard to describe the feeling that has come over Utah since last night. He was a wonderful man and we were blessed to have been led by him.

He was awesome. I loved him. I called him the “PR Prophet” because he completely changed things regarding growth, leadership and reaching out to non-mormons during his leadership.

Plus? He was just a kind man.

    You could tell.

I am glad he gets to be with his wife, though. I think he really missed her.

My Beautiful Ballerina

Sorry Dad

While watching The Italian Job, last night? I feel deprived. You feel deprived? Yes, I never had a dad to teach me a cool skill like safe cracking so that an elite team of ne’re-do-wells will come looking for me and whisk me off to foreign country to preform my mad skilz. [Rolling his eyes]...
