Hi, welcome to DRY Ink. In case you are wondering, DRY is an acronym of the initials’ of everyone’s last names in this little company.

Some of you may remember me from a witty little blog called Barefoot Belle (BFB) that I wrote from April 2005 to February 2007. That blog was sadly lost to a certain combination of a server crash and a nasty stalker that law enforcement said I should not ignore any longer.

(We should have moment of silence here.)

I’ve really missed blogging though, so I’ve decided to give it a go again.

(Wish me luck.)

I intend to be smarter and funnier this time around.

Hey, after all, all that exists in cyber space from that blog is a couple of pages on archive.org, (you can check that out here), (So I have started to add a few old posts back to the archives here and there, but let’s just pretend, okay?), so as far as you know, it’s all funnier.

I especially love taking pictures of kids. They always make me look good. After all, how do you make a kid look bad? You don’t, they are just pretty people. They are always entertaining and go home with other people. You can’t beat that.

I am always honored when someone chooses me to capture their life with photography.

Fees:

Seniors, Engagement, Maternity, Children and Families:
Session fee: $150
Details:
For that you get an hour of my time at a pre-agreed upon site, and a CD of edited photos with the right to reproduce them. This fee covers both my time and skills in taking the pictures and in editing the product. CD’s are usually delivered within 2 to 4 days.
Event photography is also available, prices vary.

Newborns:
Session fee: $125
Details:
These are usually done at my in home studio, but can be done almost anywhere. I will spend 30 minutes to an hour taking pictures and you will receive an CD of edited photos with the rights to reproduce them. Older siblings are welcome. CD’s are usually ready in about 2 to 4 days.
Hospital session are available, prices vary.
Customized birth announcements are also available for an additional $25.
