Welcome to Nablopomo ’08, where we aim for quantity over quality every day for the month of November.
This Halloween has been a harrowing one for me on so many levels. There was the kilt incident of ’08, wherein I decided I was capable of sewing a kilt for Jeff for Halloween in 2 days. (We will never speak of this again.) Followed up by my delusion to try to act like a teenager again and stay out til 2 am, after going down to party at the Varsity and watch the Molly Ringwalds, (an 80′s cover band), dressed like a renaissance witch. And then topped off with tickets to today’s LSU game. I can sleep when I’m dead. At least that’s what Jeff always says. I’ll let you know how this works out, but if I had to guess right now, I’d go with ‘not well’.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I better grab a nap before the game, or ‘not well’ just will not begin to sum it up.
If you see me on the 10 o’clock news, you’ll know which way things went.

Ahh, this is the Kilt incident of which you spoke…er, typed. How did it turn out?

‘Not well.’ Let’s just say the kilt is half finished. Still.
But after seeing your kilt picture I’m renewed to finish it. I should be able to pull it off by next Halloween. Maybe.
Where’d you get yours? Those things are expensive, (and a pain in the ass to make).
