At 9:38 am two years ago today, Katrina breached New Orleans’ levees, changing everything.
Wow, I didn’t realize today was the anniversary. I’ve been away too long.
I cannot even begin to imagine. It was awful enough being states away in a desert.
The bath tub, she’s done, as in finished. I know, just take a minute. Breathe through it. I’m so excited I could just, well, take a long hot bath. Don’t wait up, this may take awhile.

Trying ever so hard not to feel jealous…
Last night my uncle passed away after a short battle with cancer. I’m just really worried about the hero race car driver.

I’m so sorry! There is something about this time of year… last year in August & September both my husband and I lost a grandma.
